As I'm starting to realize, a lot of having a home theater is working on its presentation. Sure, you could have a killer front projection TV and a great sound system, but if you work on the entire presentation it definitely increases the appeal.

           One way to do this is to give your home theater room curtains, just like in the real theaters. They really don't have to be anything fancy, but putting a little time and effort into them makes all the difference in the world. It even helped dampen the room a little, which gave my speakers more of a punch! It was a bonus I hadn't anticipated, but was very welcome just the same.
