DIY (Do It Yourself) projects can save you a lot of time, and can be a lot more rewarding than you realize. You have to have time and patience...after that the sky is the limit. I've found myself needing things that were not available for purchase anywhere (like a special rack that would allow me to place a center channel on top of my TW40X81). I had to sit down and think something up. Or in the case of the Flexy rack, I wanted something that specifically was designed for MY components, not a generic $400 component rack from Soundtrack. I also wanted a killer sub, but did not have enough money for a high end subwoofer...luckily the chance appeared to build one of my own, and I've been extremely pleased with the results. If you're in the same boat I'm in then I invite you to take a look at the following pages. I hope to help people design and build things that they need, or just want. All of the following projects were pretty inexpensive, relatively easy, and most anyone would be able to do the same as I have with the right tools, a little patience, and some old fashioned creativity!
